Welcome to Slack Enterprise Group (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before engaging our services.
1. Scope of Services
Slack Enterprise Group provides business process improvement, data analysis, Excel solutions, AI-driven automation, and ad-hoc consulting projects.
All services are customized per client specifications and provided on a project-by-project or retainer basis.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of our services.
- Maintain backups of your data and systems before implementation of any tools or automations.
- Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.
We are not responsible for delays or performance issues resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client.
3. Payment Terms
- Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may incur a 3% monthly interest charge.
- Any expenses (software, third-party tools, licenses, etc.) will be pre-approved by the client and billed separately.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- All custom tools, automations, and AI systems developed by Slack Enterprise Group remain our intellectual property.
- Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for internal business purposes.
- Clients may not resell, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary tools without written permission.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.
6. AI Tools and Beta Disclaimer
Our proprietary and custom AIs are in beta and provided “as is.”
While we strive for accuracy and reliability, AI systems may generate incorrect or incomplete outputs.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Slack Enterprise Group is not liable for errors, omissions, or consequences arising from AI outputs.
- AI-based suggestions, analyses, or automations are for informational or assistive purposes only, and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before use in decision-making.
- The client assumes full responsibility for verifying the accuracy and applicability of any AI-generated information or actions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Slack Enterprise Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including data loss, profit loss, or business interruption).
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term and fails to remedy it within 7 days.
Upon termination, the client shall pay for all completed work and any non-cancellable commitments made prior to termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Hauppauge, New York.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect upon posting the revised Terms on our website or issuing written notice to active clients.
11. Acceptance
By engaging Slack Enterprise Group’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions
